Something About The Southeast

For most of my childhood I lived on a rural farm in the south of England.

Moving from the countryside to the city was like been thrusted into an ocean of sound and color and along with the jubilance of being part of a thriving metropolis like London come the familiar anxieties that are part and parcel of adapting to a network of concrete tunnels and sweeping metal structures.

The project "Something About The Southeast" is a manifestation of those anxieties, a collection of images which are a culmination of many shiftless walks around different parks, estates and back alleys of south London suburbs.
